The Cakeology 2025, India’s premier Cake & Bake Expo, has officially begun today at the Maniram Dewan Trade Centre in Guwahati. Running from January 31 to February 2, this event is a game-changer for baking professionals, cake artists, and food industry experts in Northeast India.
