Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati is hosting a special dining event titled “The Dragon & The Botanist” at its Asian restaurant, Nest Asia, from June 3 to June 7, 2026.
The event brings together popular Asian dishes and botanical-inspired beverages, offering guests a unique food and drink experience. The dinner service begins at 7 PM every evening.
The specially curated menu includes dishes such as Tom Yum Thukpa, La Zi Ji, Sichuan Chicken, Gaeng Matsaman Curry and Chak-Hao Kheer. These are paired with signature cocktails and mocktails inspired by Asian herbs and botanicals, including Sichuan Negroni, Thai Basil Smash, Shanghai Blossom, The Zen Garden and Fiery Dragon.
According to the hotel management, the event focuses on combining bold Asian flavours with refreshing botanical ingredients such as lemongrass, kaffir lime, basil, star anise and Sichuan pepper.
Speaking on the occasion, Gurmeet Randhawa, General Manager of Radisson Blu Guwahati, said the initiative aims to provide guests with a memorable dining experience by blending Asian culinary traditions with innovative beverages.
The event is being held at Nest Asia, known for its contemporary Asian ambience, and is expected to attract food enthusiasts looking for unique flavour combinations and premium dining experiences in Guwahati.
