Guwahati, May 23: On May 22, the president of the Indian Youth Congress (IYC), Srinivas BV, presented himself before the Guwahati Police regarding the case of harassment and gender discrimination filed by Angkita Dutta, the expelled president of the Assam Pradesh Youth Congress (APYC).
Srinivas BV arrived in Guwahati at approximately 9:30 am, receiving a warm welcome from Congress workers and supporters upon his arrival at the airport.
About a month ago, Angkita Dutta filed a complaint against the organisation’s national president Srinivas B V accusing him of harassment.
