L&T EduTech Delegation Visits Assam down town University to Boost Industry-Linked Education

Guwahati: Assam down town University (AdtU) recently hosted a high-level delegation from L&T EduTech, marking a significant step forward in their strategic partnership aimed at strengthening industry-integrated education and technological advancement.

The visiting team from L&T EduTech included M.F. Febin (Head – L&T EduTech), Mayank Ranjan (Head – Integrated Programs), Ms. Apurva Sinha (Manager – L&T EduTech), along with DMN team members Nitul and Alakesh Baruah.

They were warmly welcomed by AdtU’s Vice Chancellor, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Dean and Additional Dean of Engineering, and other senior university officials. The visit showcased AdtU’s commitment to building strong ties with industry leaders and promoting a future-ready learning environment.

The day began with an interactive student session in the university auditorium, where Febin addressed the students and faculty on the rapidly evolving landscape of engineering and technology. During the session, top-performing students were felicitated with certificates of excellence.

The L&T EduTech team also toured various classrooms, where they directly interacted with students and faculty members to understand their academic journey and assess the impact of ongoing industry-academia programs.

In a series of key meetings, both teams discussed the introduction of new specializations in Mechatronics and Semiconductor Technology under their existing partnership. They also explored opportunities for enhanced collaboration, deeper industry involvement, and future student visits to L&T’s state-of-the-art facilities.
