Guwahati: Guwahati is set to host a significant discussion on the current economic conditions of Assam and the future for the new generation on November 18. The event is organized by the non-political organization “Jagrata Prahari Assam.”
Children’s Day Celebration At GMCH
Distinguished personalities will grace the occasion, including the Former President of Asam Sahitya Sabha, Kanak Sen Deka; Ex-Speaker of Assam Bidhan Sabha, Prthvi Majhi; Educationist, Dr. Dayananda Pathak; Economist, Joydeep Barua; and Writer, Critic, Public Speaker, Mayur Bora, among others.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Lakhiram Barua Auditorium, situated within the premises of the Asam Sahitya Sabha office.
Romen Chandra Borthakur, the President of Jagrata Prahari Assam, explained that their group is focused on making sure the younger generation has a strong future. They want to work on things like improving the economy, supporting culture, developing sports and other social issues.
