Guwahati: Assam’s Mamoni Basumatary, General Manager (Technical) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, has been honoured with the SCOPE Eminence Award by President Droupadi Murmu at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
She received the award in the category of Outstanding Women Leadership – Commendation (Women in Leadership and Senior Management Roles) for 2022–23. An alumna of Assam Engineering College under Gauhati University, Mamoni Basumatary has built a notable career in the oil and gas sector.
