In a press conference held in Guwahati, AAP leader Anurupa Dekaraja criticized the Congress party for not adhering to the rules of alliance in Sonitpur and Dibrugarh, despite the AAP’s withdrawal from the Guwahati Lok Sabha seat.
Dekaraja also questioned the Congress’s silence regarding Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma’s controversial statement, where he suggested that all Congress candidates except one could be welcomed into the BJP.
The AAP spokesperson boldly challenged state Congress president Bhupen Bora and the Congress leadership to clarify the situation, raising concerns about potential secret understandings between the chief minister and the state Congress leadership
