Guwahati: Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU) successfully conducted a five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) from July 14 to 18, 2025, at its Tapesia campus. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized the programme to help teachers understand and implement the revised NAAC accreditation guidelines.
Around 200 faculty members from various departments attended the programme. Experts like Dr. Binu Thomas, Dr. Ajesh Parackal Joseph, and Dr. Fr. Anil George Konkoth led the sessions. They shared useful insights on planning, curriculum improvement, and student-focused teaching practices.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Bikramjit Goswami, Director of IQAC. It ended with a certificate distribution ceremony. Participants praised the sessions for being informative and relevant. The FDP highlighted ADBU’s strong focus on quality education and academic growth.
