Guwahati: The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) has declared the results of the Higher Secondary (HS) Final Examination 2026, bringing relief to lakhs of students and parents across the state.
This year, a total of 3,30,798 students applied for the examination, out of which 3,22,725 students appeared.

The Arts stream had the highest number of students.

The HS Result 2026 shows strong performance across streams, with Science leading and Arts maintaining steady results. The results are especially important as they come under the newly formed education board, marking a significant step in Assam’s education system.
